Service & Coverage
GCX serves the City of Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area including the northwest and southwest suburbs — Naperville, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Homewood, Oak Brook, Glen Ellyn, and surrounding communities. Contact us for deliveries outside our standard coverage area.
GCX operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year — including nights, weekends, and holidays. If you have a 2am emergency, call us. We answer.
GCX delivers medical specimens, pharmaceutical medications, dental lab cases, legal and medical documents, high-value items under our White Glove service, and time-sensitive corporate materials. We do not transport items requiring refrigerated or cryogenic vehicles.

Yes. GCX is HIPAA certified for Business Associates and follows all required protocols for handling protected health information on every medical delivery. We treat patient confidentiality as non-negotiable.

Tracking & Delivery
The moment your delivery is picked up, you receive a live tracking link by text or email. No login required. No app to download. You can see exactly where your delivery is in real time until it reaches its destination.
White Glove is GCX's premium handling tier for deliveries that require an elevated level of care and discretion. This includes high-value jewelry, sensitive legal documents, auction items, and executive deliveries. White Glove clients receive white cloth glove handling, enhanced proof of delivery, and priority dispatch.
Pricing & Accounts
Pricing is based on distance, delivery type, urgency, and time of day. After-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency runs carry applicable surcharges. White Glove service is quoted individually. Contact us for a quote specific to your needs.
